How billing works
When will I be charged?
When you choose your plan, for the first month (or year). After that, on the same day each month (or year). The app always shows your next bill amount and date.
Is there a free trial?
No. You choose and pay for a plan when you sign up, then set up your number. There’s no contract, so you can cancel any time.
What if I add a number partway through the month?
You’re charged for just the days left in your billing period, then the normal price from your next bill.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from Settings → Plan in the app, at any time.
How can I pay?
On the web, by card through Stripe. In the iPhone app, through the App Store with your Apple ID. In the Android app, through Google Play. Your subscription is managed wherever you bought it.
Is my card safe?
Card fields on the web are run by Stripe, certified to PCI DSS Level 1. In the apps, Apple or Google handle payment. MyRingRing never sees or stores your full card number.
